Yuimaru Kitchen is a fresh, new way to experience Traditional Japanese Cuisine. Using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients, we create teppanyaki, sushi, and familiar Japanese food in our own unique way, then serve it to you in a casual and fun atmosphere. About The Owner
Richard Nguru spent years as Head Chef and General Manager of the renowned Kiku Japanese Restaurant in Atlanta Georgia before deciding to team up with his long-time friend and coworker, Hojung Kim to create Yuimaru Kitchen. At Kiku, and previously at AFC Sushi, he mastered the culinary skills necessary to create and present Japanese cuisine to satisfy the most demanding diners. Richard has a strong work ethic and is dedicated to continuing his passion for creating unique culinary fare.
When not creating great food, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two children.
